At Gold’s Gym Old Bridge, our Personal Training programs are customized to address your individual fitness needs. Whether your goals are for general health or sports specific training, working with a Personal Trainer will help you to increase your fitness level. Our Director of Personal Training will meet with you to match your skills and objectives with the appropriate Personal Trainer. Having a positive and motivational relationship with your trainer will build the kind of working partnership that yields results you'll see and feel.

Here at Gold’s Gym we offer a number of different options to deliver the results you’re looking for:

 

Private one-on-one training – work with the trainer of your choice individually

Semi private training – train with 1 to 3 friends with the trainer of your choice

Movement Group Training – group functional training led by a master trainer

 

Our team of top professional coaches offers you motivation, experience and knowledge as they draw on their background in exercise science and related fields along with their certification from ACSM, NASM and NSCA:

Level 1 Trainers


Have one of the premiere national certifications and can develop programming designed to achieve a strong, sound fitness foundation, including base cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance. This Level trainer is all you need for basic program design.

Level 2 Trainers

Have two of the premiere national certifications and can design programs to enhance strength, balance, conditioning and coordination. They have solid coaching experience and are skilled problem solvers who can address a variety of fitness and weight management issues. This Level trainer incorporates advanced level training for sports specific needs - perfect for the athletically inclined.

Level 3 Trainers

These elite level trainers have specialized skills in particular areas such as rehab, seniors with physical restrictions, pre- and post-natal and other groups that require special needs. They also deal with high level athletes. Level 3 Trainers are seasoned coaches who have distinguished themselves with exceptional leadership and program-development skills. They have the experience, know-how and skills to help you meet any fitness challenge.

 

Movement Group Training

 

What is Movement Group Training?

Movement Group Training (MGT) is dynamic group personal
training led by Michael Kaschak, our Director of Personal Training.
MGT is forty-five minutes in duration and is designed to give you
the best workout in the shortest period time. If you are looking
to lose weight, build lean muscle mass, increase your energy,
become more athletic or just simply have fun while working out – MGT is for you.

This new approach to training encompasses:

· Interval Training
· Safely work with Kettle bells
· Suspension Training
· Plyometrics
· Calisthenics
· Strength Training

MGT will challenge you in a multitude of different ways:
balance, endurance, strength speed, agility and it constantly
changes so you will never know what is coming next. You have to
experience MGT to fully understand it, sign-up at the front desk
and get ready to experience fitness like you never have imagined.

How much doesn’t cost ?

Unlimited Movement Group Training (over 40 sessions)
per month costs less than the cost of a single personal training
session.

With your membership, you will receive a Kettle Bell Training Workshop which will allow you to safely include Kettle Bell training in your MGT sessions.
