Gold’s Gym Old Bridge is pleased to welcome Tara Gally as our new Director of Group Fitness. The following survey will help us better understand the needs of our members. Our goal is to add more of the classes you want and change programs to times that work better with your schedule.

  BODYCOMBAT– Martial Arts Inspired Cardio Workout
  BODYJAM- Dance based Cardio crazy

  BODYFLOW- Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates blend
  RPM- Indoor Interval Based Cycling ride
  BODYVIVE- Low impact Workout, all incorporating for active adults in their 40s, 50s and 60s, also suitable for group exercise beginners.
  TRX- Suspension Training, Builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for all fitness levels!
  ZUMBA- The tribal-latin dance craze like no other!!
  Interval Training- A great cross-training workout resulting in enhanced muscular endurance and improved cardio-respiratory fitness.
  Core Conditioning- Improve strength, agility, and balance, Work it to the Core!
  Yoga— Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga- To name a few… increase your length and flexibility while connecting with your Zen.
  Mat Pilates- Fundamentals of Pilates taught on the Mat
  Spinning- The Original Indoor Cycling Program, Increase your heart rate and get a great sweat going for all fitness levels.
  Strength- Create muscular strength and endurance through functional training
  Boxing - boxing circuit training workout incorporating focus mitts and boxing drills.
