STUDIO A-GGX ROOM
BODYCOMBAT™: The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYPUMP™: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BODYSTEP™: The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
ZUMBA™: Latin Dance featuring cardio and strength components. This is an entertaining dance class like no other!
INTERVAL TRAINING: An aerobic interval training class consisting of repeated intervals (approx. 5 min.) of higher intensity cardiovascular exercises interspersed with intervals of lower intensity exercises (weighted upper and lower body). A great cross-training workout resulting in enhanced muscular endurance and improved cardiorespiratory fitness.
CORE CONDITIONING: Challenging, fun workout that will improve strength, agility, balance, and overall well being. Condition your body to the core!
SCULPT: Use of bars and plates to sculpt your upper and lower body. This class is for all fitness levels!
BOOT CAMP: Strengthen and tone your body with this high intensity cardio fitness class!
RESULTS: A high intensity interval training workout consisting of cardio, strength training, and plyometrics designed to get you into the best shape of your life.
CYCLE STUDIO
RPM™: The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
SPINNING: An intense workout on a stationary bike, sitting, standing, up hills, down hills, all to great music. Increase your heart rate and get a great sweat going for all fitness levels.
STUDIO B-YOGA ROOM
BODYFLOW™: The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
HATHA YOGA: Identified with the practice of physical postures and breathing techniques.
SUNRISE YOGA: Allows a specific sequence of yoga positions along with balanced breathing. Remove morning stiffness and invigorate, strengthen, and stretch the entire body.
VINYASA FLOW: A popular evolving form of yoga that integrates breath and movement, awareness and alignment, as well as strength and flexibility. Great for stress relief! PILATES: Strengthen your core and increase your flexibility. Improve your mental and physical balance, posture, and circulation.
CORE FUSION: Combines yoga elements to make a centering experience, but also a killer workout! Combines strength and stretch in a way that increases lean muscles, which helps you burn more.
MAT PILATES: This class focuses on integrating the entire body, rather than exercising each body part separately. As you begin to focus on your body as a whole you'll achieve better alignment and reteach your body to work more efficiently.
