SPINNING!  Created by Johnny G, an ultra-endurance cyclist and motivational leader. Spinning consists of a 45 to 60 minute moderate to high intensity, non-impact cardiovascular workout for people of all ages, at all levels of fitness.  The class consists of a detailed set of exercises that are performed to music in a classroom setting on a stationary bike with a certified instructor.  Water and towel are mandatory.  Heart rate monitors are recommended.
